We provide our customer with the options of availing our pick up and delivery services by ordering through phone or mobile ios and android app or by website. Our customer can also walk in to our store to drop and pick up their laundry directly.
The “Terms and Conditions” mentioned here directly apply to all our customers and visitors of Washing Spa Co. W.L.L who are visiting our store directly or by the means of website www.washingspa.com (the “Website”), the Washing Spa Co. W.L.L developed applications on ios and android or by call. Your use of Washing Spa Co. W.L.L, services indicates your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. Please read the following provisions carefully and let us know if you have any questions. If you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions, kindly do not access or use Washing Spa Co. W.L.L applications or any other services provided by us. This agreement is strictly between Washing Spa Co. W.L.L, its customers and services provided by parties subcontracted by Washing Spa Co. The Services that WASHING SPA CO. WLL provide.
Washing Spa Co. W.L.L provides the washing and pressing service at their own facility while the Dry Cleaners will be outsourced to third party.
Washing Spa Co. W.L.L provides pick-up and delivery services for clothes dry cleaning and laundry.
Detergents and Laundry chemicals used
We use Diversy Brand laundry detergents for all our personal laundry customers. Diversy market this detergent as “clinically proven to be gentle on skin.”
Pick Up and Delivery
Washing Spa Co. W.L.L gives its customer the option of availing the Pick up and drop facility. Some of the specialized packages offered by Washing Spa Co. W.L.L comes default with the services of pick up and drop facility included when ordering these services through app, web or by call. For other services, pick up and drop facility will be an option that the customer can choose on additional cost unless they reach the minimum order requirement as given in the website / App however, the minimum order prices are subject to change. The Pick-up/Delivery will take place on a predetermined day and time, except on certain holidays, as determined by the customer. Washing Spa Co. W.L.L or the customer may change the predetermined pick-up/delivery times, permanently or temporary, with advance notice by either the customer or Washing Spa Co. W.L.L. Washing Spa Co. W.L.L requires at least 1 hour notice prior to any change.
If the customer choose the option to leave the items at a secure spot for pick up for the services that the customer had ordered, it will be at the customers own risk. the same also apply for the delivery of the items. Items left for pick up are not under Washing Spa Co. W.L.L until we have retrieved the ordered items and verified to be in match with the customers corresponding order. Items left for delivery at the predetermined location will not be under Washing Spa Co. W.L.L once they have been left at the agreed upon location. Washing Spa Co. W.L.L and its Providers/Partners are not responsible for, and shall not pay for, any loss, damage or theft of items left unattended by the customer for pick-up or delivery. Washing Spa Co. W.L.L will not leave items in the possession of any other person that is not the owner of those items unless the owner has given consent. The customer is responsible for ensuring that his/her laundry is delivered safely to the Washing Spa Co. W.L.L Provider/Partner. The customer will have the option to get the updates of his order status at every stage. This gives the opportunity for the customer to contact Washing Spa Co. W.L.L customer support in case of delay in status update for either the pick up or delivery as per the time agreed between the customer and Washing Spa Co. W.L.L.
PICK-UP AND DELIVERY SCHEDULING
We will do our best to pick-up your laundry at the agreed upon time. However, we can’t be held accountable if we are late for unforeseen circumstances. Similarly, we hope that you will strive to be on-time for our deliveries. If you do miss a pick-up or delivery, we will try to coordinate an alternate time as soon as possible. If we are coming to your house for a delivery and you have additional dirty laundry that you would like to be picked up, please schedule an additional pickup online or notify Customer Care at least 1 hour before your scheduled service.
A No Show is when we show up to your door, but you and your laundry aren’t around. In the case of a Now Show, we reserve the right to charge a 20BD No Show fee. This will be decided on case to case basis evaluating the customer prevailing circumstances.
PICK-UP AND DELIVERY Re-SCHEDULING
The customer has the option to re-schedule his pick up or delivery time up to one hour prior to the scheduled pick up and delivery time. There’s no fee when you reschedule the pick up and delivery time as per this given guidelines.
Order Cancellation
The customer has the option to cancel his order up to one hour prior to the scheduled pick up and delivery time. There’s no fee when you cancel the orders as per this given guidelines.
Clothes Item Count
Washing Spa Co. W.L.L pickup driver will count the number of items that the customer hand over for the chosen services and verify with the online order for confirmation. In case of “Wash and Fold” service, the Washing Spa Co. W.L.L driver will collect the bag as given by the customer and take it to the washing facility. The driver will not do any inspection of clothes for defects, damages or stains. The customer can request for a manual bill from the driver for confirmation if he choose to. The same data that is available on the online system will be contained in this manual receipt. If any defects, damages or stains are noticed by the shop supervisor when he receives the order from the driver, he will contact the customer to explain the same. These clothes will not be processed further till the customer gives clearance to proceed. If the customer choose to take back the clothes, the same will be returned and the charges if any paid by the customer will be refunded.
Payment
The charges for the services provided by Washing Spa Co. W.L.L are available in its website, app and in store. These prices are subject to revision from time to time. The existing price is excluding of any taxes.
Presently we do not have any payment gateway linked to the website or app. The customer can make cash payment to the driver through Cash on Pick up or delivery.

Indemnification
By accepting these User Terms and using the Application or Service, you agree that you shall defend, indemnify and hold Washing Spa Co. W.L.L, its affiliates, its licensors, and each of their officers, directors, other users, employees, attorneys, agents and suppliers harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your violation or breach of any term of these User Terms or any applicable law or regulation, whether or not referenced herein; (b) your violation of any rights of any third party, or (c) your use or misuse of the Application or Service.
Liability
The information, recommendations and/or services provided to you on or through the Website, the Service, and the Application is for general information purposes only and does not constitute advice. Washing Spa Co. W.L.L will reasonably keep the Website and the Application and its contents correct and up to date but does not guarantee that (the contents of) the Website and/or Application are free of errors, defects, malware, and viruses or that the Website and/or Application are correct, up to date and accurate.
Washing Spa Co. W.L.L shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of (or inability to use) the Website or Application, including damages caused by malware, viruses or any incorrectness or incompleteness of the Information or the Website or Application, unless such damage is the result of any wilful misconduct or from gross negligence on the part of Washing Spa Co. W.L.L.
Washing Spa Co. W.L.L shall further not be liable for damages resulting from the use of (or the inability to use) electronic means of communication with the Website or the Application, including and but not limited to damages resulting from failure or delay in delivery of electronic communications, interception or manipulation of electronic communications by third parties or by computer programs used for electronic communications and transmission of viruses.
User understands that there are inherent risks in Cleaning and there is potential for clothing and related items to get lost or damaged. Washing Spa Co. W.L.L will do its best to ensure situations like this do not happen, and in the instances, they do happen, will work with the User to rectify the situation.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, and insofar as allowed under mandatory applicable law and according to the industry practices, Washing Spa Co. W.L.L’s aggregate liability shall in no event exceed an amount of BD 50 or, where applicable, the equivalent of that amount in the currency used by you for the payment for Cleaning.
Reporting Damaged Items
Any damaged item must be reported within seven 48 hours from the date and time of delivery of the garments to care@washingspa.com. Washing Spa reserves the right to reject any claim made more than 48 hours after the successful delivery of the garments to the customer.
Taking care of your garments is our number one priority. We strive to provide exceptional service. While we are very cautious to treat all garments carefully, we cannot guarantee against colour bleeding, colour loss, or shrinkage of garments. In addition, we do not take responsibility for any deteriorated or flawed garments, which could result in small holes or tears. Damages to garments may occur due to our partners’ Dry Cleaning processes, as well as due to defects in the fabric, material, stitching of the garments. We will, to the best of our ability, assess the damages impartially and determine the root cause of the damage.
For any items deemed damaged because of our process, Washing Spa Co. W.L.L may reimburse you by paying up to ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the item regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment. Any damaged items must be reported care@washingspa.com and inspected by Washing Spa Co. W.L.L within 48 hours through digital photos and in-person.
For any items deemed damaged because of a perceived defect, WASHING SPA may reimburse you by paying up to five (05) times the charge for cleaning the item regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, and insofar as allowed under mandatory applicable law and according to the industry practices, Washing Spa Co. W.L.L’s aggregate liability shall in no event exceed an amount of BD 50 or, where applicable, the equivalent of that amount in the currency used by you for the payment for Cleaning.
Claims made more than 48 hours after delivery will be assessed on a case by case basis.
In case any damaged item claim cannot be resolved amicably according to terms and conditions, Washing Spa Co. W.L.L will refer the customer to file a claim with the applicable consumer rights authority. The resolution of the claim will be as per the terms of the impartial decision made by the independent authority.
Lost Items
Any lost item must be reported within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the garments to care@washingspa.com or through phone number available in Washing Spa Co. W.L.L contact us menu.
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items are considered lost ten (10) days after the initial claim has been made. In line with industry practices, any reimbursement for an item deemed lost by Washing Spa Co. W.L.L shall be limited to ten (10) times the charge for treating the garment.
Washing Spa Co. W.L.L shall not take responsibility for any loose items lost when submitted in a Washing Spa Co. W.L.L bag, such as watches, jewellery, cash, wallets or cufflinks etc.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, and insofar as allowed under mandatory applicable law and according to the industry practices, Washing Spa Co. W.L.L’s aggregate liability shall in no event exceed an amount of BD 50 or, where applicable, the equivalent of that amount in the currency used by you for the payment for Cleaning.
In case any damaged item claim cannot be resolved amicably according to terms and conditions, Washing Spa will refer the customer to file a claim with the applicable consumer rights authority. The resolution of the claim will be as per the terms of the impartial decision made by the independent authority.
Intellectual Property Ownership
Washing Spa Co. W.L.L alone (and its licensors, where applicable) shall own all right, title and interest, including all related intellectual property rights, in and to the Website, Application and the Service and any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations or other information provided by you or any other party relating to the Website, Application or the Service.
These User Terms do not constitute a sale and do not convey to you any rights of ownership in or related to the Website, the Application or the Service, or any intellectual property rights owned by Washing Spa Co. W.L.L. Washing Spa Co. W.L.L's name, logo, and the product names associated with the Application and Service are trademarks of WASHING SPA, its affiliated companies or third parties, and no right or license is granted to use them.
Modification of the Service and User Terms
Washing Spa Co. W.L.L reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any of these User Terms, or change, suspend, or discontinue the Service or Application (including without limitation, the availability of any feature, database, or content) at any time by posting a notice on the Website or by sending you notice through the Service, Application or via email. Washing Spa Co. W.L.L may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.
Applicable law and Venue
The Terms and your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, the Application will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute in relation to these terms and conditions shall be settled by the competent Courts of Kingdom of Bahrain.
Miscellaneous
If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, including, without limitation, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms will continue in full effect. Only you and WASHING SPA are entitled to enforce these Terms. No third party will be entitled to enforce any of the terms and conditions herein.
Final provision
The English text of these User Terms constitutes the sole authentic text. In the event of any discrepancy between the English text and a translation into a foreign language, the English text shall prevail.
